telegram风控很严，如果你的账号之前使用正常突然被封了一般都是由于你在使用过程中有敏感操作，比如：频繁聊天，频繁加群，发广告或言语骚扰被别人举报，触发了telegram风控机制导致封号。
可通过下面方式尝试解封，有概率解封成功：
方法一：
① 点击：@spambot
② 点击：his is a mistake
③ 点击：Yes
④ 回复：

最后一步点击链接通过人机验证然后返回BOT 点完成end即可
方法二：
1.用手机或者电脑浏览器打开链接：https://telegram.org/support 这个页面是telegram电报支持页面。
2.在此页面填写以下内容，下面解封话术供参考：

Dear Sir/Ma'am.
MY number +x xxx xxx xxxx（此处填写你的TG电话号码） been banned and i am not able to figure out the reason for supension,please help me to recover my account.

Your email填写:
Your email填写你的邮箱，随便哪个邮箱都可以，后期也不会收到任何邮件。
Your phone number填写:
Your phone number填写你购买的telegram登录手机号码。
解封申请提交后一天可尝试用账号+自己设置的密码登录，能正常登录的话就表示解封成功，如果还是提示被封禁就只能重新买号了。
